What Microsoft Corporation Should Offer For Pre-Order Bonuses In Gears Of War 4

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is currently developing Gears Of War 4, which is the latest game of the franchise. It is the second best shooter received by the fans after Halo for the Xbox 360 and it is one of the most successful and fun franchises to play. The fans now want some good content as pre-order bonuses and here are a few things which Microsoft can consider to offer.

We have seen Microsoft offer exclusive guns to those who pre-order the game previously such as the Hammerburst which was offered as a pre-order bonus for Gears Of War: Judgement. One thing is for sure and it is that fans love using special weapons, which not everyone in the game can use and killing enemies with such weapons gives more satisfaction, so Microsoft should definitely include an exclusive weapon for Gears Of War 4.

Character skins are another common feature of pre-order bonuses. For Gears Of War 3, if you ordered the game from GameStop, you would receive a Commando Dom skin, pre-ordering it from Best buy would earn you a Mechanic Baird skin, pre-ordering it from Walmart would give you a Savage Grenadier Elite skin and pre-purchasing the game from Amazon would give you the Savage Kantus skin. Players like to customize their characters and skins make the characters’ appearance completely contradictory which is exactly what the fans love doing in order to make their character look idiosyncratic.

Gears Of War 1 had 6 maps that any player could download off the Xbox marketplace free of cost. These maps included Bullet Marsh, Garden, Old Bones, Process, Raven Down and finally Subway. One thing is for sure, nobody likes to play a game with obnoxious maps. These maps however, gave players a stupendous experience and gave an insight to what developers can actually create. It would be great to see more maps offered for free as pre-order bonuses, as all DLC maps were charged after Gears Of War 1.

Gears Of War 4 will release in December 2016 for the Xbox One and pre-order bonuses have not been announced yet. It would be great to see whatever has been mentioned above offered as pre-order bonuses for the upcoming third person shooter
