Gamergate discussion thread (one and only, KEEP IT HERE)
Mod note:
This is the one thread we are allowing for discussion of the ongoing "Gamergate" debate. As this is a controversial subject we have allowed open discussion and debate on the condition that it is contained to this thread and that all users engage in a civil manner in line with our Code of Conduct. ABC attacks games and gamers.
Anita Sarkeesian had no threat before this event. She had no reason to be in a police escort. They never mentioned that GamerGate found the guy who harassed her. He was from Brazil. She had no reason for that show she did with the police. She also plays the damsel in distress card aswell.
Watch Dogs is completely misrepresented during this clip, just as GTA and other games have been before. So that's no real surprise.
Tim Schafer has no problem shilling his game, just because he backs her and the anti-GG crowd.
MakeLoveNotPorn has no relations with this either.
Brianna Wu also never left her home, which was debunked. Yet she's never questioned about this.
There is one guy sympathetic or neutral towards GamerGate and he has 20 seconds to talk. This is without a doubt a hit piece.
They did not talk about people who have been threatened, doxxed, harassed or even threatened on their life. I've been doxxed myself by someone who i won't mention where the information wasn't public.
