Even as E3 2015 is fresh in our memories, the gaming industry will come together again at the annual trade fair, Gamescom 2015, which is being held in Cologne, Germany. This is undoubtedly one of the largest gaming events in the world and will see participation from various game developers showcasing their upcoming games and related hardware.
Gamescom 2015 is being held from 5 to 9 August at Koelnmesse (Cologne Trade Fair).
We know that Microsoft will be present with its presentation, but Sony has chosen to attend October's Paris Games Week instead. This does not mean it will be completely skipping the Gamescom event. It will not be having a press conference.

Press Conference Schedule
Microsoft will be showcasing some of the titles it missed at E3 2015, other big names who will be having press conference include EA, Call of Duty and Blizzard.

5 Big Games and Rumours
Scalebound: This will be an Xbox One exclusive game from Platinum Games. The developers have cautioned that the game will "shock" them. I will be monster hunter-esque, big AAA game. Players might have to face some formidable dragons.
World of Warcraft Expansion: World of Warcraft fans will be having something special as Blizzard has plans to have a special World of Warcraft event steam live from Gamescom 2015. It says in the post that it will be "unveiling the next chapter of the World of Warcraft saga"
Quantum Break: This is another Xbox One exclusive that is developed by Remedy Games promising "action and fast pace." Players will according to the description have special powers and will be able to bend and warp time in order to outsmart the enemy.
Dark Souls 3: Bandai Namco has already promised Dark Souls 3 for Gamescom 2015 , where it will reveal the game-play. Participants will also get a hands-on demo.
