SVP of Product, Kevin Weil sold 18,623 shares (1.83% of his stake in Twitter) for $553,828 via two transactions on August 3. Following these sales, Mr. Weil now remains in charge of the remaining 1,000,851 Twitter shares, valued at $28,504,236, as of Wednesday.
SVP of Engineering, Alexander Roetter sold 13,950 shares (1.49% of his stake in Twitter) for $414,879 via two transactions on August 3. Following these transactions, Mr. Roetter now owns the left over 921,988 Twitter shares, priced at $26,258,218, as of Wednesday.
Twitter recently lost its CEO and interim CEO Jack Dorsey is reportedly having a hard time managing the $18 billion company. Twitter shares fell 2.93% to close at $28.48 on Wednesday.

After selling these shares, the insider now holds the left over 133,021 Electronic Arts shares, priced at $9,997,858, as of Wednesday.
EVP of Business and Legal Affairs, Joel Laurence Linzner sold 20,000 shares (13.65% of his stake in Electronic Arts) for $1,444,511 through three transactions on August 3 and August 5. Electronic Arts recently released a new trailer for its upcoming Need For Speed (NFS) game, with a thrilling new update. Stanley Black & Decker alleviated its earnings guidance for fiscal year 2015 (FY15) from the range of $5.65 -5.85 per share to $5.70 - 5.90 per share, as it released its second-quarter (2QFY15) results on July 30. Shares ticked up 1.26% to close at $105.28 on Wednesday.
