"Deadpool" is not your typical Disney-ified Marvel superhero film, as the trailer that dropped Tuesday night proves.
One bullet slices apart three skulls. F-bombs drop in rapid succession. And Ryan Reynold's red-suited main character delivers snark as if it were a natural part of casual conversation.
No wonder a Marvel creation finally got slapped with an R-rating.
And yet "Deadpool" reveals just enough humor to lighten the dark storyline, foul language and epic violence that starkly contrast "The Avengers" franchise.
It's all of those elements rolled into one that have fans -- and moviegoers -- eagerly anticipating the film's February release.
